Director of Planned Giving and Finance
Carrie Park has been on the Foundation staff since 2007. She serves as the Director of planned giving and finance. Carrie has focused her career as a CPA for over a decade in working with high net worth individuals and generations of families in the areas of retaining and transferring wealth; charitable planning; estate and gift planning; multi-generational planning opportunities and tax compliance. Carrie's clients value her personalized attention and relationship-based approach in helping them develop and implement their financial goals. One of the most satisfying parts of what Carrie does at the Foundation is the building of relationships with donors. To her it is a breath of fresh air to come alongside a family that has such a tremendous love for the Lord and a heart of responsibility for their children and assist them in accomplishing both their financial and non-financial goals through their Estate Plan. Leaving a legacy and heritage is important to Carrie. When she is not in the office, she loves to spend time with her husband and five children.Kevin Kurtz
Planned Giving Officer
Kevin Kurtz became a member of the Foundation team in June 2016. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina in Greensboro, NC where he earned a BA degree in Economics. Kevin put himself through college writing computer code, doing accounting and data analysis. God used these skills, when after graduation he began a 25-year career in the business side of international missions, serving first with Independent Faith Mission, where he managed all financial and IT operations. Kevin later joined another international missionary agency, ABWE in eastern Pennsylvania, to serve as their Director of Planned Giving. He also guided their efforts to transition from paper to digital record keeping and analysis. Kevin has served as a Bible teacher since college, so during his time with IFM, he began seminary work towards an MABS. Kevin's life verse is Psalm 1:2. He reads voraciously, enjoys gardening and plant propagation.Cheryl Richardson
Cheryl Richardson was born and raised in Denver, Colorado but married a Texan and has been in and out of Texas throughout their marriage. She and her husband, Dennis, have four children who live in California, Texas, Oklahoma and New York. Four of their five grandchildren live in New York and one is in Dallas. Cheryl most recently moved from Denver back to Dallas so they could live closer to two of their children and grandchild. She and her husband have been in various aspects of ministry, pastoring churches, teaching and leading home and accountability groups as well as ministry through chaplaincy. They have lived in the Rockwall area off and on for 25 years. When Cheryl is not working as an administrative assistant to the Foundation team, she loves to sing, sew, knit, Skype/chat and play with those grandchildren.Sucely de Leon
A USA born Guatemalan-American who recently moved to Dallas from North Carolina, Sucy has a passion for people and the word of God together.
