Our Staff
Steve Golding Steve Golding
President

Steve Golding joined the Foundation in May 2012 after a 32 year career in the Dallas business community. Steve is a Dallas native and graduated from Baylor University in 1980 with a degree in Accounting. He married Ann after his graduation and started work with the Dallas office of the Big 8 accounting firm Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. After earning his CPA designation, he entered the world of commercial real estate development where he spent 29 years, when he joined the Henry S. Miller Development Group in 1983. Steve moved on to Champion Partners in 1991 and Jackson-Shaw in 2001, where he was president and COO for 11 years. Steve and Ann have been supporters of DTS for a long time and they are both passionate about the mission of the seminary. Ann earned an MABS degree from the school in May 2011. After many years in other industries, Steve is now focused on having an impact for the kingdom through the work of the Foundation. In addition to his professional experience, Steve has faithfully served the church in various roles that benefited from his leadership, financial expertise, and communication abilities. Steve and Ann have two adult children: Garrett, who lives in Washington DC; and Mallory, who is also here in Dallas.

Carrie Park
Director of Planned Giving and Finance

Carrie Park has been on the Foundation staff since 2007. She serves as the Director of planned giving and finance. Carrie has focused her career as a CPA for over a decade in working with high net worth individuals and generations of families in the areas of retaining and transferring wealth; charitable planning; estate and gift planning; multi-generational planning opportunities and tax compliance. Carrie's clients value her personalized attention and relationship-based approach in helping them develop and implement their financial goals. One of the most satisfying parts of what Carrie does at the Foundation is the building of relationships with donors. To her it is a breath of fresh air to come alongside a family that has such a tremendous love for the Lord and a heart of responsibility for their children and assist them in accomplishing both their financial and non-financial goals through their Estate Plan. Leaving a legacy and heritage is important to Carrie. When she is not in the office, she loves to spend time with her husband and four children.

Linda Fleming Linda Fleming
Planned Giving Coordinator

As a Registered Paraplanner, Linda Fleming enjoys working with Sr. Planned Giving Officers to develop and implement estate plans. Working with the Foundation's clients is one of the best parts of her job. In the Information Technology area, she enjoys solving problems, and coordinating the Foundation website. She and her husband, Ed, served as missionaries for eleven years in the Philippines and Korea and are now serving at a local church. They have two children and four grandchildren, for whom Linda likes planning special outings such as "cousins camp" and treasure hunts while on family vacations.

Elizabeth Woodson
Director of Accounting

A number cruncher and CPA who loves working with people, Elizabeth previously worked as the Director of Accounting at a medical clinic on the West Side of Chicago. As part-time student at Dallas Theological Seminary, Elizabeth is pursuing a master's degree in biblical studies. She has a passion for discipleship and for giving Christians the tools they need to effectively study the Word of God. For now, however, Elizabeth enjoys listening to music, watching documentaries, and going out to eat with her friends trying to find the best pizza restaurant in Dallas.

Cheryl Richardson Cheryl Richardson
Administrative Assistant

Cheryl Richardson was born and raised in Denver, Colorado but married a Texan 35 years ago and has been in and out of Texas throughout their marriage. She and her husband, Dennis, have four married children who live in California, Texas and New York City, which is where their three grandchildren live. Cheryl most recently moved from Denver back to Dallas so they could live closer to two of their children who have made Dallas their home. She and her husband have been in various aspects of ministry, pastoring churches, teaching and leading home and accountability groups as well as ministry through chaplaincy. They have lived in the Rockwall area off and on for 25 years. When Cheryl is not working as an administrative assistant to the Foundation team, she loves to sing, sew, knit and Skype/chat with those NYC grandchildren.

Sucy de León Sucy de León
Administrative Assistant

A USA born Guatemalan-American who recently moved to Dallas from North Carolina, Sucy has a passion for people and the word of God together. She was a Bible and Spanish teacher for five years and through this saw the need for biblical counselors to help teens and today's family. She moved to Dallas to be a full time student at Dallas Theological Seminary in pursuit of a Masters in Biblical Counseling. When she is not deep in studies she likes to play her guitar and sing in worship to the Lord. She also enjoys getting to know new people and serving them in any way she can. She finds it a privilege to work for the Foundation serving God and His people.
